He has over 20 years of experience across the Big4s’ (KPMG, PwC and EY) within the Advisory, Assurance and Taxation practices, as a part of Regulatory, Compliance, Risk, Taxation, Statutory Audit and Internal Audit teams. At present, he provides expert advice to organizations on several matters including Operational Resilience (ensuring continuity of operations), Integrity, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Due-Diligence, Prevention of Harassment at the Workplace, Code of Conduct, Cyber Security. He offers risk mitigation advice to clients across geographies ranging from India, Japan, Australia, Southeast Asia (Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam), Hong-Kong, United Kingdom, Canada and North America. He also leads complex investigations on unethical behaviors, financial misappropriation, employee misconduct, and provides appropriate recommendations to leadership and CXOs on these matters.
